· Must have work experiences as a call centre manager, project leader in call centre, telemarketing, telesales or customer care organizations being responsible for 100+ FTE’s or/and bigger call centre/telemarketing projects
· Very familiar with MS Office applications
· Possesses entrepreneurial thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong leadership and communication skills
· Must have practical sales experience (inbound or outbound), hands on mentality, high degree of personal initiative
· Very good English language skills |
