·         Must be a Licensed and Registered Nurse

·         May be a Senior Nurse who has handled a Nursing Division (since the person will be handling 400 nurses)

·         Must be people-oriented and has the capacity of dealing with management, esp. people issues

·         Must be highly energetic, with high enthusiasm, with great orientation on the details

·         Must be open-minded

·         Must have the ability to cope with the fast demands of the hospital

·         Will be reporting to the Medical Director
